Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Frolic Jewels. We want you to love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy. You have 24 Hours from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.

Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or damage by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized Jewelry: Pieces made to order or personalized (engraved) cannot be returned.

Pierced Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@frolicjewels.com. Please provide photos and an unboxing video for a faster resolution.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item, Frolic Jewels will cover the return shipping.
  • For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
