If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice.
Please note that custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
